Dilapidations
Dilapidations refer to defects and damages that a tenant is obliged to repair or pay to have remedied during or (more commonly) at the end of a lease, prior to vacating a property. MSA are able to offer a full service with regard to dilapidations whether acting for a landlord or tenant.

If acting on behalf of a landlord MSA will prepare the necessary schedule of dilapidations and assist, where required, in the negotiation of any settlement. Where acting for tenants MSA will review the schedule of dilapidations served and assist in ensuring that only properly contracted issues are included. MSA can also offer advice and assistance to clients considering the acquisition of a lease.
Insurance Claims
MSA offer a full range of insurance related services. If you have been affected by fire, flood or subsidence at your property MSA are able to offer professional advice on advancing your claim, negotiating a settlement and repairing your property in a timely manner.

When dealing with subsidence related matters MSA are able to undertake the monitoring of the building using crack monitoring techniques and/or precise levelling methods. They will also organise full site investigations and drainage CCTV surveys (where required).
